Kinnison Homes is proud to be one of Kearney's 1st Energy Star Builders.  We go the extra mile to make sure our homes are as energy efficient as possible.  Using construction techniques that minimize air leakage between indoors and out, and by using products such as Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), and blown cellulose insulation, we can make your new home 20-30% more efficient than standard new construction.  That means you'll save money on heating and cooling your home and help the environment at the same time, by reducing the amount of fossil fuels burned to create electricity.

We also strive to be as efficient as possible when using construction materials in order to maximize your investment, and reduce the amount of material removed to the landfill.
