Kinnison Homes receives Kearney-Area 2009 Builder of the Year!

Ben Kinnison is honored to be the recipient of the 2009 West Central Home Builders Association Outstanding Builder Member award.  Kinnison Homes continues to strive to be a leader in our industry, providing quality construction to the Kearney Area.  Since 2007, Ben has completed three custom homes, two of which are Energy Star Certified.  In October, 2009 we began construction on another Energy Star home, this time working with the Nebraska Energy Office to ensure our homeowners qualify for special lending incentives for energy qualified homes, the first funding of it's kind to be awarded in the State of Nebraska.  Ben's attention to the details of project cost and quality of construction and his excellent customer service make him deserving of this special recognition!
