"Ben did a wonderful job on our remodel. Our house had an extra room off the side that we did not use for much of anything. We decided that we would like to have a master bedroom in this area. When we called Kinnison Homes we had no idea on a design or how it would even work. Ben came to our house one afternoon and sat down with us to explore many different options. He listened to our ideas and was able to draw up different scenarios on his computer so we could see a realistic picture of what it may look like. He offered his advice but let us make the final decisions on how we wanted the project to look. Once we had a design, Ben then came back with a price on the remodel and the time period it would take to complete the job. Ben started on the job quickly and like every remodel there is always changes. Ben was able to let us know quickly what the changes would cost or how much we would save. He was always very sincere and helped us along the way with each change we made. The project went very quickly. I was amazed how quick it went. He let us know the time period it would take before we started and I thought there is no way he will have it completed in that amount of time. All carpenters are slow EXCEPT for Ben Kinnison. He finished the project in less time than he had stated. The crews were always very nice, clean and friendly. Before they left for the end of the day the project was always picked up and swept. It was a wonderful experience and we would have Kinnison Homes do any other project for us again. The craftsmanship was great and Ben does quality work always. He makes sure that it is right and does not settle for average."

"Ben Kinnison of Kinnison Construction is a very knowledgeable, organized, and a very trustworthy builder/contractor to have when building our house. He recommended businesses to go to and websites to see for all of our woodwork, floor coverings, countertops, and fixtures. We were very pleased to have gotten this information for it has saved us a considerable amount of money and the quality of the product was very good also. He also had given us a projected deadline and dollar amount sheet to follow. We really liked this sheet so that we could get our paint, floor coverings, fixtures, appliances, and other things picked out by that particular deadline. Also, Ben had finished our house within two weeks of our move-in date. Being farmers, that was very important to us to be moved in by spring. Last, we thought Ben and all of the subcontractors were very trustworthy and experienced people. If we were to build a house again, we would definitely pick Ben over and over again. People have told us what nightmares they have had when building, but our experience was an enjoyable one."
